The rack is constructed of all stainless steel. This includes all hinges, tubing and clips. The optional wind deflector is aluminum diamond plate. On all racks there shall be three inverted "L" members to hold the tank--over 3000 there shall be additional cross supports. The tubing utilized to build the rack shall be a minimum of 1-1/2 OD. On all 3000 gallon and under racks there shall be one horizontal member to integrate the three vertical members as one. All tubing shall be welded with stainless steel wire and polished. On the ends of the rack, in the same plane as the horizontal members, there shall be two (2) right angled pieces bent towards the tank to allow for the fastening mechanism. At the ends of the fastening mechanism there shall holes drilled for the bracket--which is mounted to the apparatus by bolting or welding--to accommodate the spring loaded pin mechanism. The bottom foot plate shall be constructed of 10 gauge stainless steel with 3/4" vertical right angle on the back to hold the tank in position. The bottom plate and hinge shall have three holes to allow for the installation on the side of the apparatus. There shall be one foot plate for each vertical "L" member. Each rack is custom made to fit the folding tank of the apparatus.

J.C. Moore Industries is pleased to show our new product the E-Z chute. The E-Z Chute extension adds 12" of dumping length to your current 10" A.H. Stock’s—Newton—dump valve. The E-Z Chute is manufactured from stainless steel and slides onto your current valve. The E-Z Chute requires the drilling and bolting in two places for proper use. The Chute requires a ½ gallon of water to hold in the open position after initially opening.
